Lead inspector Kevin Cave is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and Certified Master Inspector (CMI), certified by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) for commercial buildings, and IAC2 certified for indoor air quality. InterNACHI ID NACHI24060423. He leads our team of inspectors, who cover all 18 counties we serve. Michigan Property Inspections LLC is a veteran-owned company founded in June 2024 and is based at 4481 Oak St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Insured. Michigan does not license home inspectors, which is why we list certifications instead.
