Michigan Property Inspections works out of two offices: 4481 Oak Street, Grand Blanc, MI 48439, phone (810) 243-4773, and 29777 Telegraph Road, Southfield, MI 48034, phone (248) 455-6331. Between them our inspectors cover 18 counties across Southeast and Mid-Michigan: everything from the Detroit suburbs to Saginaw Bay, and from Port Huron to Lansing. Since opening in June 2024 we have inspected more than 1,000 properties across those counties, so wherever your house is, we have almost certainly worked on that street or one like it.
The service is the same everywhere: a certified inspector, thermal imaging, a drone view of the roof when the weather allows, and a crawlspace robot for the spaces an inspector cannot enter (Uplink Robotics, which makes them, says only 22 have been sold in Michigan, and three of them are ours), with a digital report in your inbox the same day. We test; we never repair or remediate, so nothing in the report is a sales pitch. Prices are starting points; the final number depends on the size and age of the home, which is why the instant quote asks for the address.

Services and starting prices, the same in every county
Prices are starting points. Add-on services (radon, well and septic, water, mold, sewer scope, termite, lead, pool and spa) are priced as shown when added to a home inspection; booked on their own they are quoted separately. Asbestos sampling starts at $300 with or without a home inspection. Thermal imaging of the heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and water-intrusion areas is part of every home inspection; the energy-efficiency scan of windows, doors and insulation is the add-on. The final price depends on the size and age of the home, and the instant quote gives you a firm number before you book. Commercial building inspections are quoted by the building.
