Michigan Property Inspections works out of two offices: 4481 Oak Street, Grand Blanc, MI 48439, phone (810) 243-4773, and 29777 Telegraph Road, Southfield, MI 48034, phone (248) 455-6331. Between them our inspectors cover 18 counties across Southeast and Mid-Michigan: everything from the Detroit suburbs to Saginaw Bay, and from Port Huron to Lansing. Since opening in June 2024 we have inspected more than 980 properties across those counties, so wherever your house is, we have almost certainly worked on that street or one like it.
The service is the same everywhere: a certified inspector, thermal imaging and a drone view of the roof when the weather allows, and a digital report in your inbox the same day. Prices are starting points; the final number depends on the size and age of the home, which is why the instant quote asks for the address.
