Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that report a visit to the company that made them. Our website uses these tools:
- Google Analytics (ID G-4H6KX6DQ5Q on this website and G-LJFKW8FPHM on our blog) counts visits and shows us which pages are used. Cookies include _ga and _ga_4H6KX6DQ5Q.
- Google Ads tag (ID AW-16607330931) tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads books or contacts us. Cookies include _gcl_au, and Google may set cookies on doubleclick.net.
- Meta Pixel (ID 1704949870046812) measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show ads to people who visited our site. Cookie: _fbp.
- TikTok Pixel (ID CV6AD3JC77U74D387CL0) does the same for TikTok ads. Cookies include _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie and ttcsid.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (ID 6928298) does the same for LinkedIn ads. LinkedIn sets cookies on linkedin.com, such as bcookie and lidc.
- Spectora booking and quote forms are embedded on our Book Now and Quote pages and may set their own cookies needed for the forms to work.
These companies handle the information they collect under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking and quote forms may not work without them. You can also limit ads based on your activity in your Google, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn ad settings, and turn off Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records such as agreements, invoices and reports, resolve disputes and meet legal duties.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards and reputable service providers. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
