Every inspection and test is covered by the inspection agreement you sign before the appointment. That agreement sets out what is and is not included. If these terms and your inspection agreement ever conflict, the inspection agreement controls.

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the size, age and location of the property and the services you choose. You will see your price before you confirm your appointment. Prices may change without notice, but the price on your confirmed invoice is the price you pay.
